A few weeks ago I was bored one night and made a little owl plushie using some quilt scraps.

Kiddie Quilt - Postage Stamp Quilt

My first postage stamp quilt.
I had ordered 150 2.5 inch squares from Ebay and cut up a few 5 inch squares into 2.5 and made a postage stamp quilt. I didn't iron it, and some of my seams are wonky. I don't love many of the patterns/colors and I wasn't really feeling it all that much at all.
Of course, now its done, I don't think it is all that bad, and I think it will look pretty good in a kids playroom.

I love this one! I made it with second hand men's shirts from the opshop and made up the pattern as I went along!
I made the quilt top on the fourth of July, which I find rather fitting!
